School Uniform
Burlington Junior School is committed to promoting equality and value for money, and to ensuring that no pupil is discriminated against due to their religion or belief, economic circumstances or social and cultural background.
It is important that our pupils feel a sense of belonging and community through a smart and practical uniform. We believe a uniform allows all pupils, regardless of background, to feel equal to their peers and confident in their appearance. We also believe it is important for activities to be facilitated by specialised and appropriate clothing such as sports-specific attire.
All children in Year 3 to Year 6 are expected to wear the following items:
Winter Uniform | Summer Uniform |

At Burlington Junior School we respect the needs of our school community with regards to race, religion, culture and gender identity. We accommodate these needs within the uniform policy and are happy for children to dress appropriately to reflect this (providing that it does not pose a threat to security, safety and learning, or compromise the well-being of the whole school community).
We request that children wear plain blue, black or white hijabs.
